Lexington Way, Upminster,
Havering

Project: Social Housing | New Build | Brownfield

Client: London Borough of Havering

Consisting of 12 houses and apartments the Lexington Way developed replaced a dilapidated parking court and unused amenity space that suffered anti-social behaviour

A series of new family homes were provided that benefit from a Home Zone style urban realm, this encourages play and social activity while slowing down vehicles.

As part of the development an increased number of off street parking spaces were provided to reduce the amount of street parking that was restricting access.

On the existing street front a series of wild flower spaces have also been provided.
