Appointed directly by the main contractor Lovell to provide post planning design development and technical specification.

This brownfield development between to London's Borough Market and the Bermondsey Beer Mile (worth a visit) consists of 21 residential flats with private amenity and a communal garden also includes a retail unit at ground floor.

Working closely with contractor the design and project develop happened in real time to suit procurement and construction program.
