Located in the Redfield area of Bristol, consisting of an existing pair of terraces that had been knocked through previously with an incoherent mix of office, barber shop and living accommodation.

Using the footprint and geometry of the existing buildings a new fully residential use is proposed consisting of 8 studio / single bedroom apartments.

The external fabric of the building is upgraded with insulation to the walls and roof along with new windows and doors to modern standards.
